40 years of shared experiences with "Monsieur Mac". Family holidays in France, the legendary BBQ's (especially on Bonfire Night), "See you Jimmy" wigs, the Millennium in Paris (when you tried to teach some Americans how to do the Haka), the photographs from your many overseas trips and the texts that followed underwhelming performances by England and the Baggies. Life will be much the poorer without you but we will still have our wonderful memories of a great friend.

My Dearest Ian, hoping you are hiking already and that your pal Karen is with you. Loved our travels, work and friendship. Your delight in living life to the fullest was incredibly infectious. I will miss you my friend. Barb

Ian
I have so many wonderful memories, thank you for great times. You cooked up the best BBQs, did great firework displays, taught me how to play cards, danced with me to Tina Turner and shared many a New Year and family holiday.
I enjoyed listening to your stories and hearing your jokes
Memories I have still put a smile on my face and make me giggle
Thank you
